4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information in all submissions. NotAlex is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees are specified on our site. Payments are processed securely. Charges apply upon confirmation of availability or delivery.

6. Reimbursement Policy

NotAlex aims to ensure client satisfaction. The following outlines reimbursements per offering type:

6.1 Notary Services

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full reimbursement. To reschedule a booked appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via our contact form. If an appointment proceeds as planned or is canceled less than 48 hours prior, no reimbursement is available due to preparatory work and staff allocation.

6.2 Information Products

Digital items are accessible immediately after purchase. Clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase provided no download or full access has occurred. Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, no reimbursement is possible due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 14 days of receipt for a reimbursement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clients cover shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

NotAlex shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific offering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on NotAlex are protected by copyright and other rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Modification of Terms

NotAlex reserves the right to update these terms in 2025. Updated terms will be published on notalex.best. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts in Zürich.
